It doesn't always have to be Ortiz, Pedroia, Youkilis, Bay, or Drew. During the course of 162 games, it can also be someone named Van Every. And last night it was. (Boston Globe)

Baseball Heads View: this is the 2nd game in a week where the sox were down and almost out. They trailed the yankees at fenway on Saturday 6-0 and were down after a poor start by Lester last night 5-0. The plucked away and tied things up - went to extras. BUT - it would never happen without the best bull pen in baseball. Great work boyz. Keep on rockin.
