My sources say that ground breaking starts in September 2011 for a Grand Opening in April 2012. In door wiffleball mini Fenway courts, batting and pitching cages and a regulation ice hockey rink installed on the field during the winter will make it a 365 days out of the year destination for Red Sox Nation!
