First Pooch on White House Lawn

OK - this is a sweet First Family Pic taken on the White House Lawn. The lawn is US Government property. I gather BO as he has been called by the Obambums - POOPS! Is it now a dog park...can I bring Sachamo The Wonder Husky for a romp with Bo? There is a pooper scooper law in DC! NOW, none of these people pick up that POOP...I GUARANTEE. Who is the poor soul who carries the CVS bag around and scrapes the dog-dirt up? It better not be anyone assigned to distribute any "stimulus money" and it better not be a poor Marine assigned to protect the Prez. AND - I hope it is not a Secret Service Agent...he/she could be bending over when someone is taking aim at our Commander In Chief. This is a serious dilemma that needs to be addressed.
