God Blessed the Red Sox!

Jason Bay and JD Drew combined with DiceK and The Closah to grant us victory in LA! Baseball can be an agony. It can take you to so many highs and sooooo many lows. BUT - on Friday/Saturday on the Supah-Station our Red Sox did what was unreal. They defeated the Halos for the 11th time in a row. OHHHH my GOD!
I have enjoyed many Sox wins on the road but never was I so excited or validated as tonight. I had the opportunity to watch the fesitvities in the company of so many Sox fans at Tom English's Bar on DOT Ave in our part of the world --- Dorchester.
We saw some old buddies: Pat O'Toole and Ryan Wynn of Savin Hill and McKay Club Fame were in attendance. I had the pleasure fo talikijng with so many new Sox pals. Nat from Idaho and Chris from Texas were Sox "closet fans". This was one of my favorite play off games of all time. My oooooohhh my can our Sox thrill us!!!

J.D. Drew delivered a two-run homer in the ninth off Francisco Rodriguez to put the Red Sox squarely in the driver's seat in the ALDS. Jason Bay's second homer in two games, a three-run shot in the first, ignited a four-run opening frame.Complete story >

I just watched Papelbon get out of a jam in Game 3. It's the bottom of the 11th inning and I'm hoping the Red Sox have some more blessings to enjoy.
