A GREAT Baseball Story!

Evan Kazmouski, Dwight Evans and Mike Kazmouski

Those of us who were associated with Mike Kazmouski during his amateur baseball career know that he had a favorite player - Dwight Evans. Kaz love for Evans as an athlete spanned Dewey's Red Sox Hall of Fame career. Kaz wore #24 and pattened himself after Evans tracking down long fly balls in the Yawkey Baseball League in RF.

It was not shock when Kaz and Jill brought their son into the world that EVAN would be named after #24.

EVAN & Mike Kaz had an opportunity to meet Dewey on Wednesday night at Fenway Park. Evans signed a ball for Evan (I think Dad may have scoffed that pea) and they posed for this tremendous and memorable picture.
