Opening Day Ceremonies at Fenway Park

As game time approached, the Red Sox held a number of ceremonies on the field before the season opener began.

Following the national anthem, the 104th Fighter Wing from the Barnes Air National in Westfield soared over Fenway Park.

Josh Beckett gave up just two hits and had 10 strikeouts against the Rays in seven innings, leading the Red Sox to a start-to-finish, 5-3 win over their American League East rivals on Opening Day.
